My old favorite on this card is my beloved baker's twine. I'm finding myself reach for this all the time now!! And my brand spankin' new item? That lovely pink sheer ribbon rose!
I've been making lots of thank you notes recently (see here, here, here, here, and here!), but I think this is my favorite. And it was pretty easy to throw together!! I love the results.
Here are a few other challenges I incorporated in this card:
- SCS Ways to Use It WT304: Twine
- CR84FN9:
- Paper Sundaes: Use something new (my pink ribbon rose)
- Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge: FTTC99, add flowers
- Papertake Weekly: anything goes (optional challenge: add lace)
- Delightful Challenges: Buttons
- Cute Card Thursday: Out with the Old (use up some old stash). Well, the pink ribbon rose is new, but everything else on my card (including the stamps) have been in my stash for a while!
- The Shabby Tea Room: Welcome 2011, to create a card using 11 elements! Here's my accounting:
1) card stock

6) peach paper flower
7) yellow gel blossom
8) pink ribbon flower

I hope you've been inspired to play along with the Stampin' B's!! If you do make a card, post it on your blog or SCS gallery, and link it up to the Inlinkz tool on the Stampin' B's blog. We'd love to see what you create!! :)
Thanks for checking out my little slice of bliss for today!
