BLOG CANDY!

I'm still busy getting ready for this week's Mark's Finest Papers Blog Hop to show off the new November stamp set releases. All the fun starts tomorrow! However, in lieu of a card to share with you today, I wanted to celebrate a small milestone I reached last week: my blog has crossed the 5000 visitors mark!! That put a huge smile on my face. :)

So, I'm offering a little BLOG CANDY to my followers for helping me reach this milestone! Up for grabs is this adorable Stampology clear stamp set called Light the Candles. As you can see, it is super for birthdays!! There are 11 images in this 3.75" x 5.75" set. I'll also throw in some other goodies to sweeten the pot. :)

To enter my random drawing for this blog candy:
  • You should be a follower of my blog or become one.
  • Leave me a comment on this post telling me your favorite stamping technique (one per person please).
  • If you have left one or more comment(s) on my blog prior to November 8, 2010, you may have a second entry in the drawing! Just leave me a second comment with a link to one of my blog posts on which you commented.
  • Maximum entries per person: two.
Entries for the blog candy drawing close at 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, November 14, 2010. I will announce the winner here on my blog on Monday, November 15, at noon EST. The winner will have 48 hours to contact me via email to claim her prize, or the winner will be redrawn.

Thank you so much for all of your encouragement and support! Your comments are my little slice of bliss.

Good luck in the drawing!!
Emily

You go girl!! Aren't you glad you started a blog :) Know I've commented before today...will have to dig and see which one. Favorite technique of mine is embossing and though I haven't used it in ages, love using my chalks on VersaMarked images.

Lovely blog candy Emily - thanks for the chance to enter! My favourite stamping technique changes depending what 'fad' I'm going through at the time but at the moment I'm loving heat embossing because it's perfect for gold and silver Christmas cards!

OOPS, forgot. I don't know how to put the link on my post, but the last MFP bloghop I left a couple of messages.

Forgot to mention my favorite method! After many years of just plain stamping, I am enjying the use of wonderful DP's to layer on my CS & put my stamped images on. I am so enjoying new toys!

Thanks for the chance to win these fun stamps! My favorite technique... Well I honestly am still learning! I wish I knew more. My favorite is coloring in images with my colored pencils and then blending. I like a clean look so I also love images that are embossed in white on a bright color! Like I said I have a lot to learn but following all of these great blogs is helping! Thanks for inspiring us!

Emily, congrats on the 5,000 visitor mark. I found you via Mark's Finest Paper Design Team. Love what you posted for the blog hop. My favorite technique is being creative with the Skor-buddy. Sometimes simplicity on a card is the best. I make cards for my mother (who is 80) to send to her lady friends and she doesn't like all the embellishments. So, I found that I can keep it simple with different scoring patterns. Thanks for the chance at your giveaway. What a cute set.
