Still having trouble getting in the groove after a {meh} week last week. So this is just a quick card today to re-insert and play along with two challenges (both new to me) that are ending today: Go Fish! Challenge #3, a color challenge to use orange, yellow, and white,

All stamps are from TradeFish Designs' Back 2 School set, which I was lucky enough to win earlier this month.
Thanks for stopping by!
Emily

ReplyDeleteThis is adorable! Thanks so much for playing along with us over at SSD!
ReplyDeleteGood for you, pushing through & creating anyway. I find that sitting down & just DOING sometimes brings the mojo back. I would have been so stuck on candy corn after seeing that adorable photo, and I love the direction you took it. Teachers don't get thanked nearly enough :)
ReplyDeleteFABULOUS!!~
ReplyDeleteSo darling Emily! Great color combo!
ReplyDeleteCute card! Like the sentiment on the lined paper to match.
ReplyDeleteIt takes a while to get back into the routines after having a super great week with company. Our house is sort of the hub for both sides of the family now since all our parents are gone and, even though I love them all to pieces, it does tend to wear you out. Especially since I am getting a wee bit past young now! Hahaha!!!
Take care and you will probably find a little rest will do wonders. {Hugs} :)
Ooh, this is so cute, Emily!! Great take on the sketch and the colours are bright and fun. Love it!!
ReplyDeleteLove the non-traditional colors for a teacher card you used! AWESOME!
ReplyDeleteThis is so cute! Great colors and the perfect teacher theme.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful teacher card! I love those stamps. They look like a lot of fun!
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet image. I get the teachers at your kids school just love getting your little treats. I know it makes a big difference in their life to have someone appreciated them-you are so kind.
ReplyDeleteBear Hugs,
Carol
So sweet! The ribbon looks so much like the dotted lines of the spelling handbook paper. Glad you found some time to make a card after a 'meh' week. :)
ReplyDeleteDARLING card, Emily! LOVE the colors and the school lined paper! Perfect teacher card!
